'The Wishing' is the first track on Colin's solo album 'Smoke up Close', a double CD, released under his own name on his own label, Nero Schwarz in November 2002. Smoke Up Close is an acoustic album of 30 songs, written in three months and recorded in seven sessions. This version featuring Colin & Camilla's close friend and neighbour, Mick O'Callaghan on lead vocals along with Colin's band 'Dogtail Soup', it was recorded for the 'Love Colin' Project.
